For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.  A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things, and an evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things.  Matthew 12:34,35

Brett mentioned this morning that he would like to find one more fan.  Of course we didn’t know where the box was that contained another fan, but we did know that we had another fan some where.  This afternoon as I was digging through boxes looking for the smaller peices to the day bed, I found a box labeled with miscellaneous things including a fan.  I set the box into the hall intending to pull the fan out later.  Now before I opened the box I presumed that the fan inside the box was small, black  and round, with the capability of  being turned in different directions.  When I opened the box I found a small white square fan capable of  only blowing in one direction.  Funny thing is neither Brett nor I remember that fan, but apparently we did put that fan into that box and brought it with us from our former home to our current home,

What went into the box came out of the box.  Just like the text at the beginning of today’s post says,  “For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks…”  What goes into my heart and mind is what comes out.  Even though I didn’t remember putting a white fan in the box, that’s what came out because that is what I put in.  Today is a good day to let God fill your heart with His love and His Spirit.

….God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom He has given us.  Romans 5:5
