Pretend for a moment that the sum of your life is in a box that you carry with you where ever you go.  You can do things that add to your life, or you can do things that will take away from the span of your life.  For example everytime you say something, either good or bad, life is added to your box or taken away.   Pretend also that you  have the ability to give and take away from someone elses box. 

If we literally had to put positives and negatives in our box or the box of someone else think of how different your life might become;  More loving, and thoughtful of others and yourself.
